TRANSFORMATIONAL LEADERSHIP TRAINING 2021 REGISTRATION

It is a known fact that, a Nation’s youth population constitutes the greatest assets of the Nation, they also constitute the most vibrant segment of the populace, and it is the vibrancy, energy, education, resourcefulness and engagement that determines the prosperity of the society.

If the vitality and vibrancy in the young is not engaged, where then is the place of the partners for today and the leaders of tomorrow in our society?

This forms the underlying philosophy behind the huge investment by the present administration in the State under the amiable leadership of Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu as well as other stakeholders in Youth Development, that dividends from such an investment can never be quantified, because the young people represent the potential that must be groomed and harnessed for the overall development of the State and the Country at large.

The 2 -day Transformational Leadership Training tagged ‘ ENGAGING YOUNG PEOPLE IN NATION BUILDING ‘ is especially designed for emerging leaders to build their capacities as leaders of tomorrow and enable them play their part in Nation development, upscale their leadership capacities and inculcate in them the spirit of ‘ T.R.A.N.S.F.O.R.M.E.D’ leaders who are THOUGHTFUL, RESPONSIBLE, ARTICULATE, NOBLE, SELF-GOVERNING, FORESIGHTEDNESS, OPEN TO LEARNING, RESPECTFUL, MANNERED, EXCELLENT & DEVOTED TO SOCIETAL DEVELOPMENT.
